Your account

Accounts are set up by Localsearch for the business that holds the subscription. You are responsible for keeping your log in details secure and for the people you give access to.

Your data

Your job, quote, invoice and customer records remain yours. We hold them so we can provide the product, and we handle them as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Fees and cancellation

Fees form part of your Localsearch agreement. The full billing, suspension and cancellation terms will be published here.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
